Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

• If you need to exchange, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare, makeup, or personal care products.

• Sale or promotional items.
